National Program
Most competitive, 7-8 month season (Jan-June/July). 3 practices a week, Strength and Conditioning twice a week, and travel throughout the midwest and to a National Championship Tournament in June. Geared towards athletes who believe they want to play college volleyball.

4-month season (Jan-April). 2 practices a week and travel only within the region (WI, IL, IA) S&C 1x per week
